Easy Homemade Tartar Sauce

This is a wonderfully delicious and Easy Homemade Tartar Sauce recipe. And, I like the fact it is light, creamy, not heavy and made with sour cream. Furthermore, this makes a wonderful light tartar sauce. Moreover, the first time I tasted this tartar sauce, I got really excite. However, the first thing I did when I got home to try and make the same amazing tartar sauce.

Trying out new recipes is my passion, besides baking my famous chocolate cookies. However, that recipe was off of the package of Ambrosia chocolate chips from Costco.

I love finding new products I can work with or use in my everyday life. Although, the highlight of the day is when I’m at work at Costco and I get to try new products; or taste the many samples that are demonstrated on the weekends and during holidays. Yup, that’s lunch for me.

For those that have allergies to dairy and corn, you can use either Avonaise or Vegenaise in this recipe. You know that is the first time I tasted avocado mayonnaise. I think it was called, “Avonnaise,” which is soy & corn-free avocado spread product. Or, if you prefer, you can use Vegenaise which is egg-free and gluten-free mayo. However, don’t quote me on that. I was trying to be good, eating right, watching my salt and carbs.

If you enjoy wine with your meal, a white wine blend would be perfect to pair this with whether you have coconut shrimps or fish sticks.
