As a person that was bullied as a child in elementary school all the way up into High School. I wish I was homeschooled back then, when I was I child. My embarrassment led me to never mention the difficulties I was having in school to my parents. It was a stressful time and it still is going on today. The way children are being educated is changing fast. And rules and guidelines and how they educate our children are so much worse as years go by.
The days of a happy childhood where children looked forward to going to school, seeing all of their friends or meeting new ones and playing in the school yard with your friends safely are disappearing fast. Most come home traumatized and too afraid to go back to school. Our children deserve a safe environment without the threat of being bullied, their focus on studying interrupted, and the quality of the education they receive suffer.
