Homemade French Onion Bacon Dip

Growing up this was the party dip my aunt introduced us to. Easy and fast to make. Since then, this has been our go-to party dip and most requested must-have at every party celebration and special occasion. However, because of an adverse reaction I get with MSG or yeast extract, I had to avoid most premade dry mixes, bottled sauces, salad dressings, etc.

Since then, I’ve spent my life’s mission to convert most of the foods and recipes and by limiting most foods I was used to, to healthier alternatives on my journey for a healthier lifestyle. However, once I learned how to implement this key component in my weight management journey trying to get as much protein in my diet is getting easier and easier.
