Easy Oven Roasted Chicken

Easy Oven Roasted Chicken made with olive oil and Kirkland Sweet Mesquite Seasoning and slowly roasted to perfection. Believe it or not, my husband would come home from work with these Rotisserie chicken legs from Costco Service Deli. One day he came home and said he was going to make it himself. At first, I laughed and said, “Okay, Seeing is believing!” But when the chicken was finished cooking and we sat down for dinner and I tasted it. I could not believe my eyes and my taste buds were delighted that they did taste exactly like Costco’s Rotisserie Chicken legs. I smiled at my husband and told my husband that I was impressed. Now, it’s my husband’s favorite go-to meal to make with just 3 simple ingredients.

Easy Oven Roasted Chicken

This is the best and Easy Oven Roasted Chicken I’ve ever tasted. So delicious and moist. And, all you need is 3 things; Chicken, Kirkland Sweet Mesquite, and Olive Oil. The Secret is the seasonings, a very robust and smokey. Great for steaks, burgers, ribs, chicken, and turkey. It was just so moist, just as moist as the rotisserie chicken you get from Costco, And, his pool buddies can’t help request it every time they come over.

I grew in a family of cooks and married into a family of cooks. I was pleasantly surprised when my husband first cooked it. At first, I thought he was joking, I went and looked in our Oster convection oven with the double doors from Costco, and sure enough. I love the convection oven.
